Description
ProMotion is an excellent 2D paint package for drawing low-colour graphics and animations which is very similar in operation to the classic 2D game graphic package Deluxe Paint.  It has too many features to describe here, but it suffices to say that it is a solid, professional package that is used in the game industry for GameBoy development.  There are not many art packages around these days that include palette management, which is a real bonus to those that know how to use them, but it could prove a bit of an obstacle to those who don't.
