| You might think that making computer games is beyond the reach of schoolchildren, but there are tools that can enable children as young as seven to create their own playable computer games. Since 2003 we've run numerous after-school clubs, holiday schools and workshops , teaching children from 7-18 years old how to create their own games. You can play some of the games created by the youngest of these at Reignhead Primary School by following this link. You can read about this and my other activities making games with children in this article from Develop Magazine. | ![]() |
| There are currently few support
networks for teachers wanting to try out this kind of activity in
schools. This site is a modest attempt to provide such a resource in the form of information, contacts and
teaching resources to help introduce more children to the rewarding and
educational experience of creating their own games.
